Grilled Goat's Cheese & Caramelised Pear Salad

Pickled shallots, hazelnut dressing, mix leaves, brioche toast balsamic reduction. (2, 6, 11)

Irish Short Rib & Horseradish Croquettes.

Served with squash pure and truffle mayo.
