Safety for our customers and staff


What you must do:

Please follow good respiratory hygiene. Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue. Dispose of the tissue and sanitise your hands immediately.

Respect social distance guidelines as specified.

Use the hand sanitisers on entering and exiting the building and the toilets.

Do not enter the building if you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms.

Where possible book in advance.

We require a lead contact and will retain the lead contact details as part of the government guidelines on retaining a contact log.

Whilst dining with us you must remain at your table and not move around other than attending the restrooms. 

One person at a time can leave the table for the restroom other than parents with children. There is a safe distance queue at the toilets.

Contactless payments where possible. We will take cash if you have no other means of payment.

One transaction per table to minimise staff contact and time at the table.

If someone at your table displays visible or audible signs of illness, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

If a guest is ill during their time with us, we reserve the right to temperature check the customers and initiate our safety protocols in line with the HSA guidelines.

Junior diners and children are the responsibility of their parents and terms and conditions apply as above.

Please bring your own colours, colouring books, etc as we are unable to provide them under the current guidelines.

Wait for table service and do not approach the bar.


What we will do:

We are, of course, used to greeting you with a warm Italian welcome and we still have this for you but with some changes.

We are putting the health and well being of our customers and staff at the core of all our work practices. We want to ensure that we do everything possible to minimise the spread of the virus and have implemented fully and without exception the strict guidelines from the HSA regarding best practice.

We have implemented the cleaning and sanitizing of each dining area after every customer and have trained our staff in best practice and product usage.

We have modified our kitchen and our dining areas to minimise contact with other customers and staff.

We have invested in PPE, training and extensive risk assessments in all areas to meet the requirements.

We have reviewed how you will move and flow through the building and identified the pinch points and risk areas and made the required changes.

We have trained all of our staff to comply fully with the guidelines and they will guide and help you negotiate the new layout.

Extensive and deep cleaning of all areas will be carried out daily and hourly in key areas.

Paper towels will be available in the restrooms.
